## **ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS** 

## **JUNE 2024 – MAY 2025** 

Spirit of living Waters International has been incorporated now for 3 years and for that we are thankful. As a young church charity, we have faced minor challenges, which we have, and continue to learn from as we evolve. 

The trustees are ever growing in their knowledge, of learning to navigate this growing entity. We are confident that all challenges help to build solid foundations. 

We are happy to remain steadfast in our mission and goal to teach the Word of God, support our communities, and strengthen the faith of all who join us. 

Spirit of Living Waters International has seen a year of faithful service through our ministry activities. We now have members from Birmingham, Dover, Leeds, London, Oxford, Canada. Ghana, Kenya and Uganda who join us online. 

We meet annually during August to celebrate together. This is usually a ‘Church Picnic and Fun Day’ where we invite the wider community. 

Our usual ongoing activities are. 

- Sunday Servies 

- Tuesday and Thursday Bible Studies 

- Wednesday Children’s Bible Academy 

   - Service for the Elderly in Care Homes 

For those that raise an interest in being baptised, we run a 6-week course. This usually culminates into a baptismal event. 

Our three Ministers conduct the teaching and pastoral care of those who reach out to us. They provide additional 1-2-1 mentoring and talk therapy, and signposting.  Presently, one Minister has qualified as a Celebrant, gaining Level 4 Diploma in Celebrancy.  The others are still undergoing studies to achieve their qualification. This will open doors of opportunity for outreach, as we interact within the community and nationally. 

Throughout the year we have been able to meet goals by way of. 

- Small grants to congregation members, 

- Community members in need, 

- Gifts to other charities with aims as ours.

- Media costs 

- Travel and Hospitality 

- 

- Training and Events
