## **ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS** 

## **June 2023 – May 2024** 

**SPIRIT OF LIVING WATERS INTERNATIONAL** is a charity Church whose headquarters is in Leeds, West Yorkshire United Kingdom. Presently, we are not part of any wider structure or a subsidiary to none. 

## **ACTIVITIES** 

Our usual activities are fundamentally: 

- Weekly Sunday Morning Services (online) 

- Midweek Bible Studies (online) 

- Children’s Bible Club (online) 

- Individual Mentoring (for spirituality and well-being) 

- Whenever there are more than two people who wish to learn more about baptism, we run a 6-week informative course, which usually, culminates in a baptismal event. 

## **FINANCIAL REVIEW** 

Our expenditure during our financial period has been towards meeting our objectives in the following ways: 

- We have spent on our Christmas event which was open to the public.  This was successful because we now have new members to our online community. 

- We have made several small grants to our congregation and members of the local community in need, for items such as:  part payment of essential debts (bills), food shopping, help towards small funeral costs, household furniture, white goods. 

- We have also given one off gifts to other organisations that operate in objectives such as our own. 

- We have spent on office equipment, media costs, travel and hospitality, training and events.
