**Activities:** For the public benefit, to relieve the needs of children and young people with sensory, communication, motor and medical complex needs (including Autism Spectrum and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) and by extension their families and carers in particular by the provision of projects, sessions and workshops focused on the beneficiaries' play, development and relationships.
