Trustee Examiner Statement
I, Harry Guyatt. volunteered to examine the 'Croft Junior football club's" charity
accounts as a trustee. This was voted on and accepted unanimousty at the meeting
on the 2nd of April.
I confirm I'm not involved in the daY-t￿daY administration of the charity and don't
benefit financially or commercially from the Charity.
I have familiarity with ￿rtain basic principles of furKI accounting. relevant practical
experien￿ in accountancy or commer￿. and a working knowledge of charty
accounting. I was given aC￿sS all the period bank statements and re￿Ipts to
enable my examination.
I have completed my examination. I confim that no material matters have come to
my attention in connection with the examinatK)n giving me Cause to believe that in
any material respect:
1. accounting records were not kept in ￿spect of the Trust as required by section
130 of theAct; or
2. the accounts do not accord wrth those records,. or
3. the accounts do not comply wrth the applicable requirements cOn￿ming the
form and content of accounts set out in the Charities {Accounts and Reports)
Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and
fair view which is not a Matter considered as part of an independent
examination.
I have no concems and have come across no other matters in connection wrth the
examination to which attention should be drawn in this report to enable a proper
understanding of the accounts to be reached.

This was voted on and ac￿pted unanimously at the m&ting on the 2TrJ ofApril.
I confirm I don't have a close relalionship with the Charity Trustees, I'm not involved
in the day-to-day administralion of the tharity, and don't benefit financially or
commercially from the Charity.
I have familiarity with ￿rtain basic principles of fund accounting, relevant practical
experien￿ in accountancy or commerce, and a working knowledge of charty
accounting. I was given aC￿sS all period bank statements and receipts to
enable my examinats'on.
