The objects of the club are - (a) to
advance the amateur sport of association
football in Swindon and the surrounding
area (b) to promote community
participation in healthy recreation by
providing facilities for playing
association football (facilities means
land, buildings, equipment and
organising football activities). (c) to
provide and assist in providing facilities
for sport, recreation and other leisure
time occupation of people who have need
of such facilities because of their youth,
age, infirmity or disablement, poverty, or
social and economic circumstances or
for the public at large in the interests of
social welfare and with the object of
improving their conditions of life. (d) to
advance the education of children and
young people whether or not undergoing
formal education.
We are a not for profit junior football club
run by volunteers for (currently) 280
young childron from our community. We
believe we represent our community well
as we are a diverse multicultural club and
community. We create a warm, friendly,
fun and safe environment for the boys
and girls to learn and play the game they
love as well as teaching them other

les, such as, res
ect & inclusion.
The trustees have paid due regard to the
Charity Commission's guidance on public
benefit in deciding the activities the
charity should undertake. The trustees
consider that they have acted in the
ublic benefit.

**Report to the trustees/** Charity Name **members of Croft Junior Football Club On accounts for the** 30[th] June 2025 **Charity no 1203437 period ended (if any) Set out on pages** 1 and 2 (remember  to include the page numbers of additional sheets) I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **30/06/2025.** 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or 

- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records 

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
