## **Structure and Management** 

Elusen Goodwash is a charity registered with the Charity Commission in June 2023. It is established as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. The charity is related to The Goodwash Company (formerly a Community Interest Company), receiving a share of the net profits of The Goodwash Company, and the charity retaining a 10% shareholding in The Goodwash Company. It also fundraises directly itself with the intention of distributing funds to meet its charitable purposes. The charity is run by three trustees, one of whom is a director of The Goodwash Company. The fourth trustee resigned from the charity during the relevant period. 

## **Activities and Objectives** 

The charity spent this period embedding new trustee members, considering how best to fulfil its functions, holding a key fundraising event and receiving grant applications. 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

The charity received donations of £571, part raised at a dog walking event in Barry, Wales and part from donations from The Goodwash Company. The charity did not make any distributions of funds during this period, but was due to make them shortly after this period. 

## **Financial Review** 

It is noted that the previous Annual Report covered the period October 2023-June 2024, whereas this annual report covers the period April 2024-March 2025. There is therefore some overlap in the reporting cycles, although it is noted that no income or expenditure has fallen in the overlap between both reports. 

The charity received £571 in donations during this period. The charity fulfilled the invoices of £1,050 received during the previous period. The charity had expenses of £34.11 in respect of trustee insurance during this period. The charity did not make any distributions of funds or grants during this period. Funds held: £1,500.47
