Activities

Heather's Hedgehog Hostel takes in injured and sick hedgehogs in order to rehabilitate them with the aim of releasing them back into their natural habitats as soon as practicable.We also engage with all members of the local community to educate and inform people about their local wildlife, and in particular offer advice on how to help look after hedgehogs in the wild.

Objects: 1) For The Benefit Of The Public To Further The Conservation And Preservation Of The Hedgehog Species Within The Fenland And Surrounding Areas. 2) For The Benefit Of The Public To Relieve The Suffering And Distress Of Hedgehogs In Need Of Care And Attention By Providing A Rescue, Care And Rehabilitation Service For Sick, Injured, Or Orphaned Hedgehogs With The Aim Of Releasing Such Hedgehogs Back Into The Wild Wherever Possible. 3) To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Study Of Hedgehogs And In The Care, Methods Of Treatment, Conservation And Habitat Of Hedgehogs.
