assisted with the distribution of the journals. All of the
trustees also gave their time on a voluntary basis.|

as a whole.|Al-Madinah has made an effort to positively educate
the general public on the pristine message of Islam.
Over the last financial year, the following has been
achieved:
A quarterly Journal consisting of 16 pages has been
initiated and the first distribution took place in Feb
2024. People from all walks of life will find a section
beneficial for their spiritual and mental wellbeing.
There is a competition section for youngsters also to
participate and with prizes.
1000 copies of the journal were printed.
800 were distributed around Crawley, door to door.
200 were distributed after the Friday Prayers.
100 booklets titled ‘Profit From Ramadan’ were also
distributed free of charge to members of the society
who requested advice on how to reap maximum
benefit from the blessed month.
To further our activities, trustees have been actively
searching for a suitable property to purchase.
Al-Madinah Institute is looking to further it's projects
over the next year, with the purchase of a new
building it's main priority.|

The charity trustees are responsible for general
control and management of the charity. They meet at
fixed intervals and are responsible for all decisions in
relation to the charity.
Each trustee is delegated specific responsibilities to
carry out like finance and publications etc.
As the charity is in its infant stages there is no need
to hand over responsibilities to sub committees, but
this will be an option in the future as the charity
progresses.|
