|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to the<br>circumstances of its beneficiaries<br>and any wider benefits to society<br>as a whole.|Al-Madinah has made an effort to positively educate<br>the general public on the pristine message of Islam.<br>Over the last financial year, the following has been<br>achieved:<br>A quarterly Journal consisting of 16 pages has been<br>initiated and the first distribution took place in Feb<br>2024. People from all walks of life will find a section<br>beneficial for their spiritual and mental wellbeing.<br>There is a competition section for youngsters also to<br>participate and with prizes.<br>1000 copies of the journal were printed.<br>800 were distributed around Crawley, door to door.<br>200 were distributed after the Friday Prayers.<br>100 booklets titled ‘Profit From Ramadan’ were also<br>distributed free of charge to members of the society<br>who requested advice on how to reap maximum<br>benefit from the blessed month.<br>To further our activities, trustees have been actively<br>searching for a suitable property to purchase.<br>Al-Madinah Institute is looking to further it's projects<br>over the next year, with the purchase of a new<br>building it's main priority.|

They meet at<br>fixed intervals and are responsible for all decisions in<br>relation to the charity.<br>Each trustee is delegated specific responsibilities to<br>carry out like finance and publications etc.<br>As the charity is in its infant stages there is no need<br>to hand over responsibilities to sub committees, but<br>this will be an option in the future as the charity<br>progresses.|
