ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES, AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; ANDB. **Activities:** Preventative Programmes. Working with young people in crisis, helping to identify trigger points, communication styles and emotional management tools and techniques. Inspirational and Educational Programmes. Gender specific programmes for young people aged 11 to 16, exploring themes such as social and peer pressure, saying no to unwanted advances,Time to Talk. One-to-one mentoring.
