## **Trustees' Report** 

Cambridge Philharmonic (CIO) was incorporated (No.  CE032492)and entered onto the Charities Commission Register (No. 1203360) on 1 June 2023. The CIO remained dormant (only bank compensation and bank charges recognised) throughout the period ending 31 July 2024. On 22 August 2024, the Cambridge Philharmonic Society (charity number 243290) transferred all of its property to this CIO, such that this CIO can continue the charitable activities of the Society under a new legal entity but with access to tax credits such as orchestra and theatre tax relief.
