The Michael Gardner Trust CIO is still not operational yet because there has been problems in finding a bank in which the Trust can open a charity account, so no transfer of properties has yet taken place from the Michael Gardner Trust 500641.
We have now applied to the CAF who have agreed to act for us but the account has not yet been opened
