The Michael Gardner Trust CIO is not operational yet because there has been problems in finding a bank in which the Trust can open a charity account, so no transfer of properties has yet taken place from the Michael Gardner Trust 500641.
Two banks would not accept an application because the number of Trustees was too high, one would only accept applications if one of the Trustees already has a bank account with them. All of this has taken time.
Within the last 14 days our Solicitors have suggested an application should be made to the CAF; this is being done.
