Notes Supporting Financial Statement of General Fund:
2. Receipts:
2a. Regular Minlstry Giving: (£70,491). This includes Parish Giving Scheme
(PGS) Members, standing orders, weekly collection envelopes, and cash I
cheques from all sources.
2b. Restrlcted Donatlons: (55,827). This is monies raised for the hall project
with General Donations:{£4,931) for non specific uses.
2c. Rental: (£26,157). This represents a full year of Lettings. This includes
regular users, weekly lettings. and a small number of one-off hires at St
Peter's Church and the Parish Hall.
2d. Diocesan Fees: (£8,253). Fee income generated from the Diocesan
charges for weddings and fvnerals.
2f. Tax back from Gift Aid (2023124) & PGS 2024.
2h & 21. Special Collections (£1,081) & Other Income (£8,064) Mainly from
events and collections.

3. Payments:
3a. Common Fund: (£59,041). The common fund was paid in full during 2024
3b. Disbursed fees: (£2,188). These are fees for Organisuvergerlvicar's
mileagelsound Technician, and Assigned Fees to the Diocese for Weddings &
Funerals.
3c. Building running costs {InsurancelGaslElectricitylWaterlCleaning)'.
The total running costs for the two buildings in 2024 was £16,790. Majority of
costs here are, Insuran￿ (£6,900) and gas (£5,923.00).
3d. Parish Costs: Spending here should be s￿n as an investment in
servI￿s, training reSoUr￿s. outreach activities & courses, supporting the
church vision.
3g. Office costs: comprise mainly of expenses for services, website, various
licenses, printing, telephonelbroadband, all other reSoUr￿S for ServI￿S &
teaching materials.
3e. Maintenance: (£26,953) These costs incSude ongoing repairs & servicing
to St Peters Church, St Peter's Parish Community Centre, and the upkeep of
St Peter's churchyard.
3f. Donations:(60,874). This comprises donations to external organisations
along with donation for the all project.

I report to the trusteesl members of St Peter's Church Modey on my
examination of the accounts of the above charity (Yhe trusn for the
year ended 31 st De￿mber 2024, Nthich are set OLrt on pages 3 to 8 of
this Finanaal Statement.
Responsibilities and basis of report.
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the
preparab.on of the accounts in accordance wth the requirements of the
Chartbes Art 2011 (Yie Acr).
I report in respect of my examinats.on of Ihe Trus¥s accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examinab'on, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity
