## Structure, Governance and Management 

The charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) governed by its constitution and the Charities Act 2011. The trustees are responsible for the management and administration of the charity. 

## Objectives and Activities 

The charity’s objective is the prevention or relief of poverty in the United Kingdom by providing grants to individuals in need and to organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty. 

## Achievements and Performance 

During the year ended 31 May 2025 the charity remained in a set up phase. No charitable activities were carried out during the period. 

## Financial Review 

The charity received no income and made no payments during the period. A liability of £240 exists at the year end relating to setup costs paid personally by a trustee and not yet reimbursed. 

## Reserves Policy 

The charity currently holds no reserves. The trustees will review the reserves policy once the charity begins operating and receiving income.
