There is a risk that the Cost<br>of Living continues to reduce the amount of<br>disposable cash of the charity’s members, and thus in<br>turn through natural prioritisation could significantly<br>impact the numbers.<br>The club instantiation of the charity is in a BAU stage<br>and remains heavily reliant upon the current CEO<br>performing many of the requisite roles.  Should the<br>charity lose the CEO, the charity may effectively<br>cease to function.<br>Currently the venue is provided to the charity by<br>bespoke hiring of one, many or all spaces the<br>Broadoak Sports Academy facilities via Cabot<br>Learning Facilities (CLF).  In this reporting period the<br>charity has been able to afford raising the bookings<br>from one Badminton court’s worth of space up to a<br>full sports hall.<br>CLF have increased the costs of booking spaces but<br>the charity has been able to absorb these costs for<br>now, further increases would bring additional risk<br>from an affordability perspective.|
