||Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identfying the diference the<br>charity’s work has made to the<br>circumstances of its benefciaries<br>and any wider benefts to society<br>as a whole.|Para 1.20|In this reportng period the club instantaton of the<br>charity has delivered 10 multple hour TT sessions to<br>25 diferent people, many of them multple tmes, in<br>Weston-super-Mare, the surrounding and across<br>Somerset as a whole.<br>It is well known TT ofers a fantastc combinaton of<br>physical and mental health benefts and is an<br>inclusive sport that can be enjoyed by people of all<br>ages and ftness levels.<br>Here are some of the aspects our members have<br>benefted from:<br>Physical Benefts:<br>Improved hand-eye coordinaton: The fast-paced<br>nature of the game requires quick refexes and<br>precise movements.<br>Enhanced refexes: The constant need to react to the<br>ball's trajectory sharpens your refexes.<br>Increased cardiovascular ftness: Playing TT can<br>elevate your heart rate and improve your<br>cardiovascular health.<br>Strengthened muscles: The sport engages various<br>muscle groups, including your arms, legs, and core.<br>Improved balance and agility: The quick movements<br>and changes in directon required in TT enhance your<br>balance and agility.<br>Low-impact exercise: Compared to many other<br>sports, TT is gentle on the joints, making it suitable<br>for people of all ages and ftness levels.<br>Mental Benefts:<br>Stress reducton: Engaging in physical actvity like TT<br>can help reduce stress and anxiety.<br>Improved concentraton: The game demands focus<br>and atenton, which can enhance your concentraton<br>skills.<br>Boosted cognitve functon: Studies have shown that<br>TT can improve cognitve functon, including memory<br>and problem-solving abilites.<br>Enhanced decision-making: The need to quickly<br>assess the situaton and make strategic decisions can<br>improve your decision-making skills.<br>Social interacton: Playing TT with others can provide<br>opportunites for social interacton and enjoyment.<br>Whether you're a seasoned player or just startng<br>out, TT ofers a fun and efectve way to improve your<br>physical and mental health.||

## **Financial Review**

It is therefore fnancially<br>sound and ready to purchase additonal equipment,<br>which supports the forecastng for ramping up in the<br>sessions delivered, to a greater and wider varied<br>number ofpartcipants.|

|Explanaton of any uncertaintes<br>about the charity contnuing as a<br>going concern|Para 1.23|Cost of Living Crisis.  Whilst TT can deliver signifcant<br>benefts, it is considered a luxury not a necessity to<br>many.  There is a risk that the Cost of Living contnues<br>to reduce the amount of disposable cash of the<br>charity’s members, and thus in turn through natural<br>prioritsaton could signifcantly impact the numbers.<br>The club instantaton of the charity is in its startup<br>stage, and is heavily reliant upon the current CEO<br>performing many of the requisite roles.  Should the<br>charity lose the CEO, the charity may efectvely cease<br>to functon.<br>Currently the venue is provided to the charity by<br>bespoke hiring of one, many or all spaces the<br>Broadoak Sports Academy facilites via Cabot<br>Learning Facilites (CLF).  In this reportng period the<br>charity has only been able to aford booking one<br>Badminton court’s worth of space.  Should the charity<br>be unable to grow so it can book more space, there is<br>a real and present danger that the venue is hired out<br>to other customers who are able to make larger and<br>more frequent bookings.  Similarly, CLF may increase<br>the cost of booking spaces, which would bring<br>additonal risk from an afordability perspectve.|

Growing these people is going<br>to be partcularly challenging without an additonal<br>injecton of funds, and so the charity will be seeking<br>cooperatve opportunites with grant providers and<br>looking at other sources of potental fund raising and<br>income to support thepeoplegrowthplan.|
