The trustees who are also directors of the charity for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006, present their report with the financial statements of the charity for the year ended 24[th] May 2025. The trustees have adopted the provisions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019).
## **OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES**
## **Objectives and aims**
The objectives are laid out in the Constitution and Grant making policy.
The charity was registered on 25 May 2023.
The current charitable objectives are the preservation and protection of good health by providing medical equipment for early detection and diagnosis of cancer in patients.
## **ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE**
The charity received £500 from donations and incurred charitable expenses of Nil, creating a surplus of £500.
## **FINANCIAL REVIEW**
The financial activity of the charity is set out below. The balance of the free reserves available to cover administration costs is £1,065. The policy of the Trustees is to hold sufficient reserves to enable the trust to meet the expenses and liabilities.
## **STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT**
## **Governing document**
The charity is controlled by its governing document, a deed of trust, and constitutes an incorporated charity.
The charity is managed by its board of Trustees.
Trustees are appointed by the board of trustees and serve indefinitely. The trustees meet annually to review all activities of the charity.
