## **Structure, Governance, and Management** 

The organisation is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), governed by its constitution adopted on 24[th] May 2023 Trustees are appointed in accordance with the clauses outlined within the constitution. 

## **Objectives and Activities** 

(A) to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, nationality, age, disability, race or of political, religious or other opinions by associating together the said inhabitants and the statutory authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of fife for the said inhabitants; (B) establish, or to secure the establishment, of a community centre (hereinafter called "the centre") and to maintain and manage the same (whether alone or in co-operation with any statutory authority or other person or body) in furtherance of the above objects; (C) promote such other charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined. 

## **Achievements, Performance, and Public Benefit** 

The trustees have complied with their duty to have due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. During this financial period, the CIO was entirely inactive. No projects were undertaken, no funds were raised, and no public campaigns were launched. The trustees spent this period setting up administrative frameworks for future operations. 

## **Financial Review** 

The CIO had no financial transactions during this period. Total gross income was £0 and total expenditure was £0. The charity holds no monetary reserves, carries no debts, and holds no funds as a custodian trustee.
