To date it has been**
**well used for recreational, physical and**
**learning activities. |**Additional information (optional)**
You may choose to include further statements where relevant about:|||
|Achievements against
objectives set|Para 1.41|**Our main objective for the first 2 years of**
**operation, which culminates in July 25, is**
**to ensure that Breedon Parish Hall is a**
**going concern and offers excellent**
**facilities for the whole community.**
**We also seek to ensure that we have**
**policies in place, to ensure we offer a**
**safe environment, that is legally**
**compliant in every respect.**|
|Performance of fundraising
activities against objectives
set|Para 1.41|**The Trustees organised a MacMillan**
**Coffee Mornng to raise funds for this**
**excellent cancer charity. It was an**
**outstanding success, raising £925**
**including gift aid. The reason for**
**reporting this, is because it is likely to**
**that we will support one charity event on**
**an annual basis, as part of our objectives**|
|Investment performance
against objectives|Para 1.41|**As a relatively newly registered charity**
**(24 May 2023) we are concentrating on**
**achieving income to set up and run the**
**hall initially before we can adopt an**
**investment policy.**|

|Amount of reserves held|Para 1.22|**Zero**|
|Reasons for holding zero
reserves|Para 1.22|**Because we are a relatively new charity,**
**only open for business from 1 July 2023,**
**we are more concerned in turning a net**
**profit , year on year, until we can**
**establish a sensible reserves policy**|
