**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THOSE PARENTS/CARERS CARING FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE (AGED 0-25) WHO HAVE DISABILITIES AND/OR ADDITIONAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS, IN THE GWENT REGION AND SURROUNDING AREAS, BY:A) CREATING AND MAINTAINING PARENTS/CARERS SUPPORT GROUPS AND FORUMS; ANDB) PROVIDING WORKSHOPS, INFORMATION, ADVICE, GUIDANCE AND THE SIGNPOSTING OF PROGRAMMES AND/OR ACTIVITIES THAT ARE BENEFICIAL TO THAT PARENT/CARERS WELL-BEING.

**Activities:** Gwent Parent Carer Network supports parent carers across the Gwent region of South Wales. We provide online support services through peer-to-peer mediated activities, face-to-face respite workshops and family activities and events throughout the year. We also work in partnership with other third sector and statutory organisations, signposting parent carers to their services.
