The Reduction And Limitation Of Air Pollution In Such Ways As To Mitigate Climate Change And Encourage Sustainable Development; Ii. The Prudent Use Of Resources, Including In Particular The Use Of Renewal Energy;iii. Waste Reduction, Reuse, Reclamation, Recycling And Improved Waste Management Techniques (In Each Case As A Means Of Waste Disposal); And Iv.
