This year was abjut establishing 8 govemance
stWGture for the thanty that is sustsinable and
able to COP8 With18rger volumes of GI￿nts and
finance. A committee structure was sei up.

Govemance, all wilh specffied tems of
reference and de￿ated powers.
Our brand was devek)ped, a website was
t>)nstructed and we used Google Workspace to
set up a structure to manage tharty
docuff￿n￿￿0n.
In Ihe 2024-25 financial year, 1 family was
financialty supw>rted to a￿S therapy. A
T￿nthlY coffee moming was set up offering
rwr support and our WhatsApp group for
parents grew to arovnd 30 people. The largest
expenditure was on the website and a course
was purchased from IPSEA for one of the
trustee5. Saturday nTrJming gym sessions we
init￿ted for neLbr(•divergent young people.
