This facility 18 currently powered by a mO￿.1e 2.5kw Battery Pad( donated by Singleton Birch, hobvever we aim to raise funds to enable a full rewire and installation of Electrical Power to all Cabins. Created a Partnership with R-evolution with creation of a Cyde Repair Hub which allowed access to another cabin on 2 days per week. This partnership sadly ended R-evolution ceased to be fijnded and they sad left the srte. The plus side to this is, their Workshop Cabin remained on srte and vms donated to Immingham Town Council. who added this farylity to our Lease Agr68ment with them. Funding bids are continuous and will be sought in order to achieve the above arKI further objectives.

Our Health and Safety prO￿dureS have also be8n recognised as muth more comwehensive than most rf not all other Shed's in the wion Footpaths have been bullt. creating acce88 to our cats'ns to provide an area rsolated from the noise of the workshop. A bastc CCTV system continues to protect to w?tect our a888ts. Our aim is to upgrade this system to cover the full site, and to allow monrtoring of alerts from extemal media. Our Social Media 18 runnirKJ SUC￿881Ul1Y and we continue to l)uild on this and advertise our existence, and our projects, to potential new memiws, and a180 alkym'ng our presence in the communty to grow. Our upgraded tollet facilty from a Portaloo to a flushing toilet ha8 woved beneficral both financially and for the welfare of our members. The Septs'c Tank Sy8t8m has been emptied and deaned out by a local contractor free of charge. as a donation to our Hub. The Workshop has been lasd (xrt and new workbenches have been built by our member8. The wr¢hase of our Laser Engraver ha8 woved to bo a great buy, and 18 used by many of our member8hlp. We have been very fortunate to continue to be supported by generou8 individuals, groups. 8fKI bu8ine88es of Immingham with both Grants, Donations and Support. Financlal Revlaw Reserves Poli The charity's original reserves policy was to keep enough reseNes to cover both our major and unavoidable running costs for one year. We are now in a position to 8XterKI this to two years, and this now stands at approximatèly £4000.
