models of nalure-based social prescribing, creating a foundation for improved mental and physical wellbeing
through connection with nature.
Our polylunnel volunteer programme, has been another shining success. Thanks to the dedication of our
volunteers, we have supplied fresh food to Fylde Foodbank for 26 weeks, providing consistent support to those
in need.
Biodiversity improvement has also been a significant focus. Together with our team of volunteers, we have planted
over 1,500 melres of hedgerow along the farm lane. This effort has enhanced the farm's biodiversity net gain,
supporting local wildlife and slrenglhening the ecosystem.
In partnership with the Ribble Rivers Trust, we have also embarked on an ambitious flood alleviation project. As
part of this inilialive, we are transforming 5 acres of farmland into wetland allenualion areas. This change will play
a vital role in miligaling flooding risks for the local village, providing long-term benefits for the community.
Finally, we have expanded our support for mental health by running free wellbeing classes for local residents.
These outdoor activities have offered a space for relaxation, connection, and healing, promoting better mental
