**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO ADVANCE IN LIFE, RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF AND HELP CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 8 AND OVER WHO ARE RESIDENT IN ALDENHAM AND RADLETT AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE FROM SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS, BY:A) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.

**Activities:** Activate operates three levels of activities. The first is recreational activities to get children engaged and active again, these can be sports, arts and crafts in nature. The next tier of activities are skills-based, these activities include Lego engineering, circuits, and design. The final tier of activities are based around meditation and yoga to help children with mental wellbeing and stress
