This is attached to advise that the Corfe Castle Town Trust as a charity is currently dormant for accounts filing as the CIO charity has been unable to open a bank account. 

The treasure Mr Jonathan Lermit had advised to report the CIO accounts as follows: 

## **18 May 2023 to 31 March 2024: dormant accounts filing due by 31 January 2025.** 

1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 to include the insurance of £1,881 (excludes additional runoff premium) as the only income and expenditure for the first active accounting period of the CIO. 

Filing due by 31 January 2026. I do not think this needs any certification. 

All the assets will be beneficially transferred from old trust to the CIO as at 31 March 2025 and all subsequent transactions reported under the CIO. 

The last accounts for the old trust will be for the year ended 31 March 2025 and will require certification as in previous years.
