The majorfty of pemlsslons have b￿n reTrived to finalise the merger, the Charty Commission have provided orders to authorlse the conflict of interests be￿ Communlty VISION, ERVAS and Voluntary Action North Llncolnshlre Llmlted so that the Trustees could make decisions regarding the proposed transfer of assets and liabilities and to authorise the trustees to grant an indemnity under S105 of the Charities Act 2011. Communlty VISION admlnisters the Roos Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund on behalf of the Roos and Distrlct CIC (Company Number: 0919606), whlth recelves fundlng from RES as part of its commitment to support communlts'es located near wind farnis. During 202<25, Fraudwatch delivered 52 fraud arKI cyber awareness sessions, engaging 1,121 people direcuy through workshops, webinars and outreach attivity. Including wider engagement and follow-up activity, the project reached a total of 2,955 Indlvlduals across East Rldlng of Yorkshire, Hull, North Llncolnshlre and North East Uncolnshire.
