In accordance with Charity Commission guidance. the trustees confirm they have
considered the public benefit requirement in all relevant decisions. The charitws
purposes provide public benefit. however. no activities occurred this year. but trustees
will ensure future actions further public benef it it reactivated.
Financial Review
The charity's gross income forthe yearwas £0. with total expenditure of £0. There are no
reserves. debts. or liabilities. A reserves policy is not applicable due to dormancy. No
funds are held as custodian twstee. The trustees considerthe Gharitysolvent and able to
meet its commitments (none currently).

Statement of Trustees. Responsibilities
The trustees (who are also the charitys directors for CIO purposes) are responsible for
preparing the Trustees, Annual Report and financial statements in accordance with
applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (Charities SORP {FRS 102)
where relevant. or simplif led receipts and payments basis for small charities).
Charity law requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year
which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the ch8rity and of its incoming
resources and application of resources. In preparing these financial statements, the
trustees are required to:
select suitable accounting policies and then applythem consistently:
make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent-
state whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to
any material departures disclosed and explained.
prepare the f inancial statements on the going concern basis unless it is
inappropriate to presume thatthe charitywill continue in operation.
The trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that disclose
with reasonable accuracy at anytime the financial position of the charity and enable
them to ensure that its financial statements complywith applicable charity law. They
are also responsible for safeguardingthe assets ofthe charity and for taking reasonable
steps to prevent and detect fraud and other irregularities.
As a small charity. BEIT EZFIA qualifies for exemption from independent examination
under section 144{2} of the Charities Act 2011. The trustees acknowledge their
responsibilities for ensuringthat the charity keeps accounting records which comply
with section 386 of the CompaniesAct 2006 (for CIOS) and for preparingfinancial
statements which give a true and fairview.
