**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION WITHIN BOSCASTLE AND CRACKINGTON HAVEN AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROVIDING FACILITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SPORT OF CORNISH PILOT GIG ROWING.FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE, ‘FACILITIES’ MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESS TO COACHING AND ORGANISING COMPETITIVE AND NON-COMPETITIVE SPORTING ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** Boscastle & Crackington Pilot Gig Club provides opportunities for people in the villages of Boscastle and Crackington Haven and surrounding communities to engage in the sport and social activity of Cornish pilot gig rowing.
