## **Structure, governance and management** 

The Charity is constituted as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). The CIO registered with the Charity Commission on 15 May 2023. 

## **Risk management** 

The trustees have considered the major risks to which the charity is exposed. Systems and procedures have been implemented to manage these risks. 

## **Objectives and activities** 

1. To assist in the creation of education and training. 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

The CIO was dormant during this period. 

## **Financial review** 

No transactions took place during this period. 

## **Future plans** 

The charity expects to commence activity in the near future.

## (a) Basis of preparation 

The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the receipts and payments basis and Charity Commission guidance. 

## (b) Charity status 

The Charity is constituted as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). 

## **2. Member liabilities** 

The members have no liability to contribute to the assets of the CIO. 

## **3. Debt outstanding** 

There was no outstanding debt at the year-end. 

## **4. Related parties** 

The charity is controlled by its trustees. No trustees received any remuneration.
