Structure, governance and management The Charity is constituted as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). The CIO registered with the Charity Commission on 15 May 2023. Risk management The trustees have considered the major risks to which the charity is exposed. Systems and procedures have been implemented to manage these risks. Objectives and activities l. To assist in the creation of tralnlng skllls and employment opportunities for Ukrainian refugees. 2. To support rebuilding efforts In the UK and Ukraine using recycled practical materials. 3.
