The day to day actvites<br>of the charity are undertaken by a leader<br>and assistant and two additonal staf,<br>who arepaid a wage or hourlyrate.|

|Summary of the main actvites<br>undertaken for the public<br>beneft in relaton to these<br>objects|The actvity undertaken by the Cylch is to<br>provide pre-school educaton to local<br>children through the medium of welsh.<br>The Cylch receives funding for children<br>over the age of 3 years and also provides<br>places for children aged 2 – 3 years which<br>is a mix of fying start funding and paid<br>basis. We also open for 30 hours free<br>funding for children of working parents.<br>Regular fundraising actvites are<br>organised throughout the year to<br>subsidise the runningcosts of the Cylch.|

The setng was<br>again fully booked for the 23-24 year,<br>showing how popular the establishment<br>is.<br>The Cylch successfully held several<br>fundraising events which were well<br>atended. These events support the Cylch<br>to ofer additonal resources and<br>educatonal trips.|

|Details of any funds materially<br>in defcit|The Cylch is in a fnancially sustainable<br>positon due to it being fully atended on a<br>constant basis.|
|Further fnancial review details|The Cylch receives Welsh Government<br>funding for 10 hours of pre-school<br>educaton for children aged 3 – 4. and<br>also funding for Children ages over 3 for<br>working parents of 30 hours per week<br>The Cylch charges a rate of £22 per<br>week for an additonal morning session<br>for these children. Children aged 2 – 3<br>can atend 3 afernoon sessions per<br>week at the cost of £24 per week.<br>Grants from the Educaton Department<br>are provided on a case by case basis for<br>children who require 1:1 support.<br>The Cylch commitee and staf arrange a<br>number of fundraising events<br>throughout the year to subsidise the<br>running costs of the Cylch and to fund<br>trips for the children eachyear.|
