Chai r Report
The Taunton Stroke Club has continued to support Service Users over the last 12 month5. We are
steadily increasin8 our numbers.
Our program for the year has included frequent speakers and musical groups. Regular Chair Pilates
nd Hand Reflexology given by our therapists have contributed to our well-￿Ing of our service
users.
Ongoing Boccia, ballon badminton, board games and quizzes, all our whtch our servi￿ Users reallv
enjoy.

We are together for a Christmas Lunch in early December at Oake Manor Golf Course with SeNice
Users and their partners or family friend. This is always a very enjoyable and social gathering.
We continue to update our Policy and Procedures for the Charity. Disclosures and Barring SeNice
IDBSI is fully updated for all Trustees and Volunteers.
The Trustees would like to thanks all of our seThI￿-U5ers and their families for their tombined
commitment to the club: we would a150 like to give a very special thanks to our volunteers who do
marvellous job each week- thank you.
Summary
The trustees have read the Commisslon's Public Benefft requirement statutory 8uidance,
and have had regard to this when running the charity.
A review ofthe charitvs financial position at the end of the year is attached. but in summary
the financial year 2024 to 2025, the Charlty had an income of £4.171 and an expenditure of
£5,875-this was met by reserves.

Independent Examiners Report for Period ending 31 March 2025
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity for
the year ended 3110312025
As the charivs trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance wlth the requirements of the Charities Art 2011 {"the Acfl.
I report in respect of my examinatlon of the Charitys accounts carried out under
section 145 of the 2011 Art and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all
the appllcable Direttions glven by the Charlty Commlsslon under section 14515llbl
of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confim that no materlal matters have come
to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to
believe that In, any material respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the
Charities Act; or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records: or
the accounts did not Comp￿ with the applicable requirements concernin8
the form and content of accounts set out In the Charlties IAccounts and
Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts
give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter considered 05 Part of an
Independent examination.
I have no concems and have corne across no other matters In connectlon wlth
the examination to which attention should be drawn In this report In order to
