During this time our service-users numbers have increased to 20. Our monthly meetings held at Norton Fitzwarren Village Hall have comprised a variety of speakers. musical entertainment. twice weekly visits from our refiexologists and chair Pilates instructor. these have gatty benefited our ser¥ice-users. We also played Boccia and balloon badminton also much enjoyed, plus ljoard gomes and quizzes. Twlce during the year. V visited Blackbrook Bowls where our users were instructed on the green bv the professionals. Thls was followed by a thorouEhly enjoyable lunch. In December we held our Christmas lunch and raffle ai Oak Manor Golf Club. During our first year we have started creoting the Policy and Procedures for the Charity. including SafeGuarding

We have also progressed Disclosure and Barrin8 System IOBSI for out Trustees and volunteers. and produced our first website www.tsuntonstrokeclub.o For next year. the 8oal is to Invite more Tfusteeslvolunteers to expand the Club Consider new services (dependent on Fundraising) Source a new Service Users database and POrtS Continue with furtherTrainin& PolKy and Procedu$ etc. The Trustees would like to thanks all of our ser4ice-users and their families for their combined commltment to the club. we would 3150 like to give a very speclal thanks to our volunteers who do a marvellous Job each week- thank you. Summary The trustees have read the Commission's Public Benefrt requirement statutory guidance, and have had regard to this when runningthe charity. A review of the charItS financial position at the end of the year is attached, but in summary the financial year Ipartl 2023 to 2024, the Charlty had an Income of £3,428 and an expenditure of £5,670- this was met by reserves.
