activfaes the Charity should sUPPOrt. Whilst the Choi￿ of actvities if limited by geogTrphical area, and the
requirement to support the work of The Church of England this does albw the Trust to make Grants in supp)rt of a wide
range of activities which tan benefft a ￿de s&tion of the public.

the PCC of the parish of SL Pancras a￿1 St John, and in the custodianship of the Chichester Db)c¥an Fund an¢ Board of
Finance. Day to thy mar￿gernent of the property liÈ5 with trÈ St Pancffjs PCC. The property is currentty let to a private
tenant wh￿e CiicuFrthnC￿ al￿￿ with the objthes of the Trust. After expenses the rental income is shared eqLElly by
the Trust and the PCC

grounds surrounding the Grade I listed St John's Chapel are owned by the TrusL At pre*rt the Land Registy still
