The charity will provide housing and associated amenities to those in need in the Parish of Deddington, continuing the work of the charitable community benefit society. Beneficiaries of the charity are those who are in need due to age and / or physical disability and/or those who may be suffering financial hardship.
Objects: The Objects Of The Company Shall Be To Carry On For The Benefit Of The Community The Business Of Providing Housing And Any Associated Amenities For Aged And/or Physically Disabled Persons In Necessitous Circumstances Within The Parish Of Deddington Upon Terms Appropriate To Their Means.
