whole.|Para 1.20|In the Financial Year 2024/25 we have
raised £13,973.01. The funds raised have
purchased 8 Ambulatory Syringe Drivers &
Lock Boxes for the Queens Centre
Oncology & Haematology at Castle Hill
Hospital for the benefit of palliative care
patients.
They are used by the palliative care
nursing staff, who set the equipment for the
patient to deliver a continuous infusion of
up to four medications at a time over a 24
hour period. The syringe drivers enable
patients to be discharged early from
hospital and ensure they do not have a
break in their medications when returning
home.
Due to the small and portable nature of the
drivers, they make a life-changing
difference to cancer patients. Giving them
the freedom and independence to
participate in everyday family life, making
precious memories with loved ones, whilst
taking care of their physical symptoms.|

position, with an income of £13,973
primarily sourced from fundraising efforts
and spending of £11,750 which the
financial report shows. The charity has
diligently managed its expenditure,
allocating significant funds towards core
charitable activities. They maintain detailed
financial records in accordance with
applicable laws and regulations. The
organisation expresses gratitude for the
support and looks forward to continued
service and growth.|
