July 2023,  trustees held a meeting three trustees present plus two members of preschool. Request received from Llangynidr Preschool for the amount of £5000 to fund equipment. All trustees agreed. 

A  discussion held to try and find  ways of recruiting new volunteer trustees to replace existing trustees asap. Preschool agreed they would try and find replacement trustees. 

April  2024 nothing to report,  no new trustees found yet, to consider closing the charity if trustees not found. 

November 2024 nothing to report, still looking for volunteers to replace trustees. Procedures to begin in 2025 to close the Charity if no trustees found.
