**Objects:** TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 0 TO 25 YEARS LIVING IN HARBOROUGH DISTRICT AND ENVIRONS BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE, AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF:A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS;B) ADVANCING EDUCATION;C) PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN HARBOROUGH DISTRICT WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.AND;THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROMOTING ACTIVITIES TO FOSTER UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PEOPLE FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS.

**Activities:** Supporting, and developing responses to, the needs of children, young people and their families in Harborough District and surrounding area. Specifically delivering play and youth work activities, especially to targeted communities such as local Gypsy and Traveller communities, and rurally isolated children and young people.
