interests of social welfare for recreational leisure time occupation wtth
the objective of improving life for the residents
Summary of Activities in relation to these Objerts
The charity has raised funds by way of grants and donations to enable it to
purchase the allotments at The Vale in Congleton.
The vendor has agreed to sell the site and we have insturted our solicitors.

Responsibilities of the Trustees and the Examiner
The charity's Trustees are responsible forthe preparation of the accounts
in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (the Artl.
It is my responsibility to -
examine the accounts under section 145 of the Act:
to follow the proceedures laid down in the General Directions given by
the Charity Commissioners under section 14515llbl of the Att:
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters
have come to my attention in connettion with the examination which
gives me cause to believe that in. any material re5peLt:
the atcounting records were not kept in accordance with
section 130 OFthe Charities Act 2011: or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the forni and tontent of accounts set out in the
