Ramsey Abbey Walled Garden CIO was incorporated in 5[th] May 2023 as the Trustees of Ramsey Abbey Walled Kitchen garden wished to transfer to this new entity to give the Trustees limited liability.
A small number of payments were made in to the new entity but the CIO did not start operating as the main vehicle for the Walled Garden until 14[th] October 2024.
The CIO was dormant in this reporting year.
