## **Salisbury Men’s Shed AGM**

## **Trustees’ Report**
Since the last AGM in January 2024 the trustees have met on three occasions and focussed on items raised by the management committee including:
- Membership levels and requests to join
- The feasibility of extending the Shed’s opening hours to another morning
- How to provide more support to members
- Reviewing policies
- The “pricing” policy for project work
The Management Committee continue to do a wonderful job supporting the day to day running of the Shed. Recently the Shed has been joined by two volunteers, Julie Hamilton and Neil Penny who are providing valuable administrative and project support to the Committee and Trustees.
Thanks to the hard work of the oQicers, members, and volunteers, and the generous support of Alabare, it is clear the Shed is solvent, well established and meeting current members’ needs.
and it maybe that we can deliver this by extending the opening hours. So, a continued focus on the Shed’s future direction is a priority.
