South Cheshire Amateur Boxing Club are a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO),
registration number 1202938.
During this financial year our club was based at the Chuff Chuff Warehouse, Middlewich
Street, Crewe, CW14EA but we have now moved to our new gym premises at 72, Mirion
Street. Crewe CWI 2AP. Our correspondence address is Rylstone House, Rope Lane,
Wistaston, Crewe, CW2 6EB
The club was established in 2013 as a 'not-for-profrt' organisation and became a CIO on May
3rd 2023. We are run by a board ofTrustees who manage the Charity and also members of a
wider club committee who manage the day to day activities of the boxing club. Our trustees
are currently recruited from members of Ihe club committee.

ActiNryties & Objethes:
We operate an amateur boxing club and offer a range of boxing classes to all age groups but
particularly junior boxers from the age of 7 upwards.
Our club continues to grow and Ihrive with many notable events and successes throughout
the period. Our main focus for this financial year has been working in close partnership with
Crewe Youth Club (Charity Number l 167350) and we had our official opening for the new
building on June 27h
This is a lerrific opportunty for our club to grow and widen our
activities into broader youth work with boxing as a gateway to many other opportunities for
theyoung people of Crewe.
As ever, thanks go out to those who have supported the club over the years and your help is
afways valued.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ('the Trusf) for the year ended
Responsibilities and
basis of roport
As Ihe charity's Iruslees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
ac¢ounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Acl 2011
("the Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under seclion 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all Ihe applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)Ib) of Ihe Ad.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confim that no material matters have
examln•r's statement come to my attention in conneclion with the examination {other than that
disclosed below ') which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
the accounting records were nol kept in accordan￿ with section 130
of the Charities Act- or
