**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT WOODRIDGE COLLEGE AND PREPARATORY SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL.FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THOSE UNDER 19 YEARS OLD IN SOUTH AFRICA BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO THOSE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TOWARDS SCHOOL FEES AND/OR OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH BEING A STUDENT OF WOODRIDGE COLLEGE AND PREPARATORY SCHOOL AND SUPPORTING THE MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCHOOL, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT.

**Activities:** Raising funds in England and Wales to support Woodridge College and Preparatory School fund bursaries to young people who would not usually be able to afford the fees. Raising funds to support the development and maintenance of the school for the benefit of the wider community.
