During the reporting period, New Leaf Learning delivered the TRUST programme to children identified by schools as struggling with engagement, emotional regulation, and soctal interaction. Objective assessment data collected before and after participation demonstrates clear, rnea5urable improvements for both children and theadults supporting them. Successful fundraising enabling programme sust31nabillty: Fundraislng activities exceeded expectations, covering all programrne costs not met through h0o1 fees and generating a Surplus of £32,301. Thls financial stability enabled the charity to plan for increased programrne capacity in the next academic year, making the TRUST programme accessible to rnore children who would benefit. This objective was met and then exceeded thanks to a significant donation from an individual and variou5 SUPPOrters undertaking sponsored events. Funding risk is the main risk as without funding we cannot run the TRUST prograrnme. Contractor risk is also significant as the charity relies heavily on two contractors and if they were to become unavailable then it would be very challenging to provide the TRUST programme to pupils. In the prioryear there was only one contractor and so this risk has decreased since the prior year but15 Still in place. Health and Safety is a risk as the TRUST programme is run outside on a farni around trees. Appropriate policies are in place, but all risk cannot be eliminated.
