The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Charitie5 Ad 2011.

2 The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cosl convention on the
accrua15 basis.
3 The Skills Centre's operalions are cairied out in two buildings. which have been given to the centre
in past year5, on land which 15 leased from Surrey County Council. The value of these building5 55
not reflected in the above 8alance Sheet but they have an insured value of £158,5¢X).
4 It is the Centre's practice to charge the cost of assets purchased to Revenue Account in the
year of purchase. The insured value of the Centre's equipment is £39.6(M).

The Charitys Trustees are responsiblè for the preparation of the accounts. The Charitys Trustèès
