## Activities

**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 WHO HAVE PHYSICAL AND /OR LEARNING DIFFICULTIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF COURSES, ACTIVITIES AND SUPPORT DESIGNED TO PROVIDE LIFELONG LEARNING SKILLS THAT PROMOTE SELF-CONFIDENCE AND INDEPENDENCE.

**Activities:** We offer lifelong learning skills to adults with disabilities including registered blind and partially sighted. These skills are aimed at increasing independence whilst encouraging social interaction and self-confidence in a friendly and informal environment. We offer courses in Computing, Cookery, Literacy, Arts & Crafts, Drama, Music Therapy and seated Yoga.
