**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS IN THE COUNTY OF RUTLAND AND SURROUNDING AREA, IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BY:(1) PROVIDING A FIRST RESPONSE SERVICE TO MEDICAL EMERGENCIES AS DIRECTED BY EAST MIDLANDS AMBULANCE SERVICE NHS TRUST OR ANY SIMILAR ORGANISATION.(11) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN RESPONSE TO CARDIO-VASCULAR AND OTHER MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.

**Activities:** We provide a first response service to medical emergencies as directed by East Midlands Ambulance Service.We also demonstrate to members of the public how to check if someone is breathing, and if not, how to perform CPR on that person. We also provide medical cover at public events.
