**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF WIDOWS, WIDOWERS ARISING FROM BEREAVEMENT OR LOSS OF A LOVED ONE WITH A FOCUS ON THOSE PEOPLE WHO MAY BE ISOLATED, VULNERABLE AND SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED IN ENGLAND, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, PRACTICAL WORKSHOPS, TRAINING AND INFORMATION.

**Activities:** Providing non-judgmental support and hope to disadvantaged individuals within the community and beyond through various forms of donations. We aim to increase social interactions, offering support and guiding individuals to the appropriate services for help and education. We assist low-income adults and children by collecting and distributing donated items in good condition to those in need.
