||Summary of the main activities:<br>Raise has had a successful 12 months. The<br>National Team, consisting of 6 student<br>volunteers led by student director Olivia<br>Collotta, coordinated our 3 chapters, helping<br>them engage hundreds of students in our<br>philosophy of deliberate, effective giving.<br>Chapters hosted events on campuses across<br>the UK, including social meetups, educational<br>talks, and celebrations. Alongside these, we ran<br>a donations push with our alumni community.<br>Chapters have hosted various educational talks<br>for their members, including from AMF founder<br>and CEO Rob Mather. In April 2025, we also ran a<br>workshop in London for the National Team and<br>chapter presidents to encourage collaboration<br>throughout the organisation. The National Team<br>has continued developing the framework for a<br>fellowship programme, which we hope to begin<br>in the summer of 2026.<br>We have also recruited a very competent new<br>national team of student volunteers for the<br>academic year 2025/26 led by UCL Master’s<br>student Ella Denton, who has previously served<br>as a Chapter President and on the National<br>Team as Community Lead.<br>Summary of the main achievements:<br>-<br>£30,737.46 raised for AMF<br>-<br>294 student donors<br>-<br>3 chapters across the UK, with<br>collectively over 100 committee<br>members and reps, engaging students<br>on our philosophy of positive, effective<br>giving<br>-<br>Advisory Board of 3 previous student<br>members running events and new<br>initiatives to increase the effciency and<br>reach of Raise<br>-<br>Talks from Rob Mather and workshops<br>led by National Team members and<br>Trustees to engage students in effective,<br>deliberate giving|

||Summary of the reserves policy:<br>The CIO will hold reserves to cover all support<br>costs of the charity for one year, including<br>insurance, independent examination,<br>technology and donations fees. A small amount<br>will be held for chapter activities and to<br>support emergent projects not included in the<br>annual budget. The Trustees have deemed that<br>one year is suffcient to gain new income<br>streams if necessary. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31 July 2025.** 

**Responsibilities and basis** As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **of report** accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of  the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent examiner's** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or 

- the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or 

- the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination. 

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
